As our nation begins the process of healing after a year of division and disruption, we want to share a story about our very own BGCI hero, Project Manager Oscar Giron. Oscar’s inspirational journey to become a U.S. citizen and his dedication to creating a culture of teamwork recently has caught the eye of many of us at BGCI.

Oscar became a citizen in November of 2019 after more than five years of working through the citizenship process. In October of 2020, he cast his very first vote in a U.S. election. As a Project Manager with our team, Oscar goes above and beyond in everything he does. His focus on creating a culture of teamwork and his strong communication and client service skills have helped to shape the Baker management philosophy.

We are so proud that Oscar is a member of the BGCI family.
